Below you’ll find our policies and terms, created to provide clarity and consistency

I, hereby consent to receive spray tan services from OATS TANNING.
I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Preparation:
I agree to refrain from wearing deodorants, lotions, oils or makeup prior to spray tanning to ensure a flawless tan. Proper exfoliation is recommended for optimal results, and I will avoid oil-based products, alpha hydroxyl acids, sulfates and
mineral oils.

2. Aftercare:
I acknowledge that my spray tan's duration (5-10 days) depends on my skin type and maintenance. I will keep my skin moisturized and avoid activities that may shorten the tan's lifespan, such as long baths, showers, hot tubs, saltwater, or chlorinated pools.

3. Potential Reactions:
I understand that some individuals may have adverse reactions to spray tanning, particularly if they are on certain medications. I will consult with my OATS spray tan artist if I have any concerns.

4. Post-Tan Instructions:
I will follow post-tan instructions, including avoiding tight clothes, excessive perspiration, and rinse-off time after the session. I will take precautions to prevent staining of fabrics by the tanning solution.

5. Allergic Reactions:
I acknowledge that while the products used are generally safe, allergic reactions are possible. If I experience a severe reaction, I will discontinue use and seek advice from a medical professional.

6. Pregnant and Nursing Mothers:
I acknowledge that while the products used are generally safe, I will consult using spray tanning solutions with my doctor prior to booking.

7. Important Notes:
I understand that the spray tanning does not contain sunscreen and should not be used as sun protection. I understand spray tanning should not be used for specific events without prior trial experience.

By purchasing a membership at OATS Tanning,
I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage of Services:
- Services included in the membership must be used within the specified membership period.
- Unused services at the end of the membership period will be forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded.

2. Booking and Cancellation:
- Members must adhere to the standard booking and cancellation policies outlined by OATS
- A valid credit card must be on file
- Late cancellation results in losing the deposit and/or prepaid session.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment with a deposit.
- Same-day appointments are nonrefundable.
- No shows will be charged 50% of the service price.
- Reschedules made 24 hours prior incur no charge.

3. Refunds and Exchanges:
- We are happy to refund any unused sessions within 10 days of purchase receipt.
- All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable.
- Products can be refunded for store credit within 10 days of purchase receipt.
- All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

By purchasing a package at OATS Tanning,

- Each package has a specific expiration date from the date of purchase. Services included in the package must be used within this period. Expired packages will no longer be valid, and unused services will be forfeited without compensation.
